Julia Otter did the best in taking home a 3rd place finish in the opening 1.2m classic on her new horse from France Quintus de Kresker.
Avery Kim was perhaps the surprise shining star for Sterckx Stables as the youngest rider in the Masters took home a 9th place finish in a competitive field of 17 in her first 1.1m class, which included Sterckx’ veterans Sophie St. Clair and Jennifer Sims.
Sophie St. Clair had refusals on Saturn V and was disqualified and Jennifer Sims finished 13th on one refusal on Summertyme.
In the 1.3m Julia Otter came in 5th on Emilie DR, and Sophie St Clair finished at the back of the pack.
