15 Jun Sterckx Stables riders take blue ribbons at Verdugo Hills in Hansen Dam
Sterckx Stables riders see blue ribbons across the board in a very impressive showing at the Langer Equestrian Verdugo Hills June Horse Show at Hansen Dam.
Every rider in the Sterckx Stables barn took home at least one blue ribbon in a first ever sweep of the classes. Riders include Sophie St. Clair, Sydney Flashman, Jennifer Sims, Stephanie Don and Avery Kim.
Two first place showings in the 1m jumpers led Jennifer Sims to her first foray in the 1.1m jumpers. Stephanie Don also took home 3 first place blue ribbons on Joel in the 1m pony jumpers. Sydney Flashman took 4 first place blue ribbons in the .9m pony jumpers on her horse Lizzy Mcguire. Sophie St. Clair took 2 first place blue ribbons on her horse Ottavia Des Hayettes in the 1.3m Jr. Amateur Open jumpers.
